Rain, rain and more rain. We’re currently on lockdown due to the stormfront.

There are reports about hail the size of minivans forming for the first three sectors.But that could never happen, right? Of course not, we’re kidding… more like quarter size, though it is expected to shift over to the remaining sectors by nightfall.

Murmurings:

The urban legend in Sector 1 is being theorized yet again with mentions of mirages and abuilding—apparently shrouded in darkness. The question is - was this factual? Hints point towards it only appearing twice per day. Most importantly, when does it appear? No word as of yet, though an information dealer seem to be playing hardball for their fellow sector mates. Time to band together!

Sector 2 hears mention of a peculiar plant. A plant that bares no leaves. Something ‘nuclear’ brewing within with scorching, radiating heat. Though death was not avoidable, several brave souls waded into the bowels of the guessed location of the detonator, and have successfully set it off!

Flashing lights, women, goons, guns and mentions of the color red seemed to haunt the rambunctious, low-income housing of Sector 3. Red as in the color of blood or something else…? There is someone running a shelter for the inhabitants of Sector 3, so while you brave souls search the theorized location of the red light district, normal civilians should seek such a place to ride out the storm!

Meanwhile, Sector 4 seems to be the most disjointed as of right now. Mentions of a king being dethroned and pacts being made in spite of barriers would suggest that there was a more immediate threat. However, other reports seem to divulge into something more abstract, suggesting a lack of understanding. After all, Sector 4 was the cultural sector. What could this mean?

Sector 5’s information has finally reached the surface. Rumors of a beloved aquarium’s closed doors have surfaced, in spite of strong desires to view the animalshave started to circulate. What an odd time for a field trip. Still, it’s better late than never!

Thoughts of the city’s underground have taken shape in Sector 6. Word of tunnels and cavesserves as the forefront of the rumors, suggesting a hidden pit in the bowels of the earth, as deep as the depths of Hell. Still, the path is treacherous, warnings of freefalls and steep descentsand suggestions to take up cave diving leave everyone wondering: just how will they find what they’re looking for?

Out of everything compiled, there is one similarity that reigns absolute: in order to get through this successfully, there will need to be bonds made. No one person can figure out the mysteries at hand.

(As a side note, please send in to the masterlist if you think your group has figured out the riddle! There is a detonator tracker that has been added to our home page to keep track. Also, threads that have been started before the event can presume normally! It is optional—though we’d like to believe you’d be aware of your character’s danger. You do not have the participate unless you have volunteered, although assistance is helpful!

Remember, the main prize will be a nice lump sum of cash and a piece of weaponry (or an ability, depending on the character) back. Have fun!)
